Job Title: Development Team Assistant Coach – Watford FC Ladies
Location: Vicarage Road Stadium and Harefield Academy    
Hourly rate of pay: TBC depending on qualification and experience 
Contract type: Casual agreement

Role Description

Watford FC Ladies Development Team competes in the FA WSL Development League (South) against the likes of Arsenal Ladies Development and Chelsea Ladies Development and is currently looking to recruit a new Assistant Coach to support the Development Team Head Coach.

This is an opportunity for a coach to work with elite female footballers and support their development and progression up to the First Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Development Team Head Coach with the planning and delivery of training sessions, matchdays and the management of players within the squad.

Watford FC Ladies train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at The Harefield Academy in Uxbridge, from 8pm to 10pm. Matchdays take place on Sundays, with the occasion midweek match.

The successful candidate should have the following essential requirements:
 
•    FA Level 2 Football Coaching Certificate (working towards UEFA B)
•    Hold valid FA Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Certificates
•    FA Youth Award Module 1, 2 and 3 (or working towards Module 3)
•    Have experience of working in women's football
•    To be flexible to work week evenings and weekends in order to support the training schedule and fixture list of the team
