Loan Lads | Oulare On Target For Willem II

Watford striker Obbi Oulare was on target for Willem II on Saturday afternoon, netting in his side’s 1-1 draw with Groningen.

The 21-year-old forward grabbed his second goal for the club since joining in January with a powerful 54th minute header, helping to secure a point for ninth placed Willem in the process. 

Staying in the Eredivise and it was another successful weekend for Steven Berghuis and his table-topping Feyenoord side.

The on-loan winger played the full 90-minutes for the Dutch league leaders, providing a 70th minute assist to help contribute to Feyenoord’s 2-1 win over Heerenveen.

In the Championship, Tommie Hoban was on the bench for Blackburn’s 2-2 draw with Preston after starting the previous two games for Rovers, while Alex Jakubiak was also an unused substitute for League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers.

Jerome Sinclair (Birmingham), Michael Folivi (Coventry), Dennon Lewis (Woking), Mario Suarez (Valencia), Adalberto Penaranda (Malaga) and Juan Carlos Paredes (Olympiacos) all didn’t feature for their respective sides.
